How Do You Want to Feel in 2016?

Happy 2016! As you start the new year and write your goals and aspirations down, I’d like to offer you a suggestion to first begin with how you want to FEEL in 2016. You may have seen my Facebook post that I want to feel – Connected, Inspired and Strong throughout the new year. Pick 3 words to describe the feelings you want to feel BEFORE you write your goals out because getting really clear on how you want to feel is the best form of clarity you can offer yourself.  As you push through the year  keep those 3 feeling words in sight, on your phone, mirror, car, Pinterest board, Facebook cover page etc… Know that WHAT YOU FOCUS ON GROWS, and getting clear on how you want to feel is the purest form of clarity you can give yourself. Generating feelings of how you want to feel is the most powerful creative thing you can do with your life.  Because in the end, it’s not the goals we are chasing – but the feelings that the goals give us. So how do YOU want to feel in 2016?
