The how is not required…

  • February 6, 2018

Working with many different clients, one of the biggest things they all want to figure out is…

How will they get from where they are now to where they want to be.

This is especially true for the mom who wants to do “something” with her life since shelfing her job a long time ago to raise her kids.

My answer is always the same answer that my coach gives me:

“. . . don’t worry about the how, just take the next best step.”

Sometimes when you get stuck on trying to figure out the “how” to do something, you delay yourself from doing anything.

I’d like to offer you to take the next best step that feels good to you.  And let that lead you to the following steps.

Not only will following the feel good send you to where you want to go, it will be an enjoyable journey of uncertainty filled with good energy in the moment.

So here’s to taking your next step. . .

I’m a certified life and mindset coach, speaker and entrepreneur. I help people going through transitions kick the “I can’t” and the “I don’t know” to the curb and learn to embrace a healthy positive mindset so they can step into the next chapter with confidence, purpose and optimism. When I’m not coaching, you can find me on the mat teaching and taking hot yoga. I credit my 3 boys for all my coaching practice and my hubby Bill for always being my #1 client.
